Orad wins Russian Lottery with ProSet virtual studio & graphics

Orad, leaders in video and graphics broadcast solutions, provided IS-Cool, a Russian based training facility for Orad and Apple products, and television production center, with a complete virtual studio solution. IS-Cool uses Orad’s solution to produce and broadcast the Russian lottery, Bigaboom, for the Russian TNT television channel.
IS-Cool, approached Orad for a comprehensive solution combining a virtual studio production, camera tracking, on air graphics and integration with external databases and more for their live broadcasts of the Russian Bigaboom lottery. Within 2 months of approaching Orad, IS-Cool were able to produce and broadcast weekly to millions of television viewers in Russia and worldwide via Internet.
With Orad’s solution, IS-Cool is able to produce their lottery show from a fully loaded ProSet virtual studio with 4 cameras including crane. Orad’s Xync infrared camera tracking system ensures free camera movement within their studio space. In addition, IS-Cool easily creates complex and photorealistic virtual sets by embedding clips and using depth of field shaders. Orad’s solution enables IS-Cool to continously enhance their graphic appearance with each production. This is the first time in Russia that the lottery show was broadcasted from a virtual studio
Prior to the show, Orad’s on air graphic system pulls the lottery file from Trusted Draw’s fully automated database, and automatically replaces it with the correlating symbols and numbers to be presented graphically on the virtual elements in the set and in lower thirds.
