Orad’s training center has been specifically created to enable Orad’s customers to remotely connect to the training center and train themselves with an interactive training program for each of the available applications.
The remote training programs come with easy to follow web based flash interactive tutorials which cover the main themes of each application. The tutorials are designed to provide an interactive experience where the user actively operates the application and by doing so gains hands on experience with the system.
Orad’s OTC is equipped with a remote lab setup to which users can remotely login and experience the application. This methodology provides substantial added value by enabling users to self learn the system of their choice without having to install it first, and the ability to train during their free time. OTC provides a wide range of flash tutorials and a full syllabus that covers the entire application. OTC can be used to learn about a newly released application, refresh existing knowledge, and to train new personnel that joined after the system was installed.
Orad's training center also offers expert answers to posed questions, information on upgrades etc.
The new OTC is currently free to existing Orad customers who are under a service or maintenance agreement and is open for a limited period of time to all Orad customers at no cost.
